Olivia joined the Women’s Fund team in 2023 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Carleton College. She completed one year as a Weitz Fellow before transitioning into her current role, where she creates and supports education initiatives, leadership development opportunities and community outreach to foster authentic youth-adult partnership across the Women’s Fund’s organizational network. Recognizing that young people are best positioned to understand and address the needs of their peers, Olivia also manages the Women’s Fund’s Youth Advisory Council.
Olivia’s background in Theater and Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies informs her day-to-day work, as storytelling is a critical mechanism in gender equity efforts. Olivia has appeared on the Omaha stage as Cassie in the BLUEBARN’s production of Appropriate by Branden Jacobs Jenkins. In her free time, Olivia also loves to read and is always down to yap about her favorite books!
