Claire joined the Women’s Fund of Omaha in November 2022 as Research and Evaluation Director. She works closely with staff, partners and community members to design and carry out research and evaluation that supports learning, reflection and action. Her work focuses on asking meaningful questions, making data useful and accessible, and producing research that supports broader learning, awareness and change in the community.
Claire brings nearly 15 years of experience in research and evaluation within nonprofit and systems-change settings. She is especially interested in participatory approaches, evaluation as a practice for learning (not just accountability) and using research to surface power dynamics, challenge inequities, and influence more just and responsive decision-making.
Claire has a master’s in public administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha and is currently pursuing her PhD in public administration. She enjoys running, trying new restaurants with her spouse and spoiling her dogs, Frank and Jack.
