Thank you for your generous support of our work with your purchase of a corporate sponsorship for our Lead the Change annual event. Choose your payment option below and follow the steps to secure your sponsorship.

Pay Via Credit Card

  1. Choose your sponsorship level on the registration form.
  2. Follow the check out process and provide credit card information as payment.
  3. A receipt will be mailed to the billing contact provided.

Pay Via Check/Invoice

  1. Provide contact information via the form below.
  2. An invoice will be sent to the billing contact listed.
  3. Once payment is received, a receipt will be sent to the billing contact.
