As Grants Program Manager at the Women’s Fund, Angie brings more than 20 years of experience building meaningful relationships, community collaborations and organizational structure to her work. Her intersectional feminist vibe and passion for social justice align perfectly with the mission of the Women’s Fund and she is beyond excited to be on the team.
Past experience includes building community at Film Streams as their community engagement manager, serving as clinic manager for a nonprofit comprehensive sexual and reproductive health clinic in Homer, Alaska—and most recently working as an operations manager in for-profit business. Angie has a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies degree from University of Nebraska Omaha with concentrations in women’s and gender studies and English, and a Culinary Arts degree from Metropolitan Community College.
When not working, Angie can be found adventuring with her life pawtner (her dog), Frances, leading anti-fascist book club gatherings, putzing in her garden, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
