Erica joined the Women’s Fund as Development Manager in May 2024, driven by a commitment to gender equity and to the Women’s Fund’s mission to create lasting, systemic change for women and girls across the state.
Erica has a Bachelor of Arts in history and anthropology from the University of Alabama and a Master of Arts and Doctorate in history from Binghamton University.
In her free time, she enjoys playing board games, bike riding, reading science fiction, thrifting and stargazing.
