Women’s Fund Employee Spotlight: Katrina Nesbit

We’re excited to introduce Katrina, who joined the Women’s Fund team in May 2026 as our Social Media Coordinator. As part of the Public Awareness team, Katrina helps bring the Women’s Fund’s mission to life online by sharing stories, amplifying community voices and connecting people to the work we do every day.

A first-generation college student, Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Strategic Communications from Creighton University and will complete her Master of Science in Digital and Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Kansas this summer. Her passion for social media has led her to several communications roles over the years, and she’s excited to use those skills to help advance gender equity and create meaningful change in our community.
