Vote For 428 on your ballot in the upcoming General Election. Payday lenders give short-term loans at a very high cost—more than 400% annual percentage rates. Measure 428 would ensure payday lenders cannot charge more than 36%. These types of lenders target financially vulnerable members of the population who are struggling to make ends meet. It’s time to stop predatory payday lending in Nebraska.
