Identifying Critical Issues

Funding Innovative Solutions

  • Investments of $250,000 in the form of grants were awarded in 2016 to 14 local nonprofits
  • More than $11 million has been invested in our community by the Women’s Fund since our inception in 1990

Leading Dynamic Change

  • Continued to build up the next generation of leaders through Legacy League and Circles
  • Led statewide training of first responders to better understand sex trafficking
  • Funded the Coalition on Human Trafficking’s hotel/motel training
  • Increased STD testing across the metro by 29% through our Adolescent Health Project
